no u dont have to own a bike to get the class M, u just need a permit from the dmv, then take your msf course, go back to dmv and show them the certificate

that's a matter of opinion. i've been riding and racing all my life. i had a 99 sv650, and i loved that bike. had quite a bit of track time on it too.

ever hear the saying:
"it's alot more fun to ride a slow bike fast, than a fast bike slow" ??
it's no lie. the most fun i've had on 2 wheels was on my old hawk gt. 40hp on a good day, but i rode with guys on 900rr's, gsxr750's, etc, and i had no problem keeping up, and would leave people in the twisties. (ask ijuslikefords and 636skiv, they were around back then)

it's not all about horsepower, it's about how you use the horsepower you have.

it'll depend on what kind of tire. we charge $45 for mounting/balancing if you bring the whole bike, less if you bring me just the rim.

lemme know what kind of tire you're looking to get, and i'll see what i can do for you.
