I'm gonna have to say G35 due to the fact that S2000 owners are faggoty fucks, with the occasional exception.

If you drive 120+ miles a day I would say the s2k.I live in hampton and I drive my g/f to work everyday to the oceanfront in va beach.I spend about 55 bucks filling my g35 up with gas 3-4 times a week.If money is no object to you though then knock yourself out and get the g35,Just remember they do get pricey.

On a more serious note though - just depends on what you are looking for. Like MP5 said, if you purchase a S2000 now there is no way around people saying "you joined the bandwagon". It is a real fun car to drive though - personally I am very comfortable when driving it... that is when it actually runs.
Unfortunately I have not had the chance to sit inside a G35 yet, however have yet to hear any complaints on them. Also does appear that they have a good variety of aftermarket parts available!

I drove a G35 when we got one traded in while I was a lot attendant. Its a super nice drive. I find both the S2k and G35 comfortable, but its a totally different type. I dunno how to explain it, but the G35 is more of a luxury comfortable, whereas the S2k is more of a sport comfortable. You can't expect a sports car to be the most comfortable car. I probably confused someone with this explination, but hopefully it made sense.
