That's the way they (the state) claims it is, but the courts seem to have a hard time following up with their claims.

I mean I agree with all of you about how stupid, and irresponsibleit was, and how it could potentially ruin many peoples lives.

On the other hand I doubt that all of you who are harassing him have never driven after a few beers. Thats sometimes all it takes depending on your weight, what you've eaten, etc. Hell he could be under 21 and blown a .05 or something.

Look at your own actions before you attack him, if I remeber correctly rotorowns you crashed his car driving wrecklessly, he could have killed someone innocent and easily killed the passenger.

 

There are those who just can't help temselves and need a wake-up call to grow the fuck up. Honestly, it doesn't sounds like this is one of those cases, but they do exist. Just letting you know not to damn the masses because you feel better than everyone else.

 

have drank but never drove, i also have been a DD a few times...ask anyone who knows me.......and with a family starting in a few months the motherfucker who does decide to drink and drive and hits me BETTER HOPE the kill me and not my child. b/c if they dont I WILL KILL THEM and not think twice about it.
