I think if both lenses completely covered with taped they will pass. Just what I've been told, never tried it. Someplace tried to charge my sister $70 to remove aftermarket foglights because one was burned out. She just took out a screwdriver and took them both off in the parking lot.

 

yea man just take it off before you go. If its on there it needs to be in workin order.
