I think this is going to be one of those cars making ~400 with just turning the boost up.

There is confirmed info directly from bmw's site, and there's also been a thread on it in this forum.

Some people think BMW is going to way of MB, and hate it. FI, and torque. I for one always thought MB had the better engine, just crappier chassis. But if BMW can blend both aspects...

Like with all of BMW's engines, an additional 20 if you are lucky. They are all ran to the limits of their builds and tunes, and require major parts to get anything else from them. Although there is much hope that BMW leaves room for customer tweaking, I would not hold my breath over it.

both of them should be right around 40k.

i'd go for the 335. apparently the turbos are sized to provide full boost before 2000 rpm so there might be tons of potential with bigger turbos. too bad it still looks bangle-ized...

Not true at all..

I had a 325is that when stock had 155hp at the wheel.. then after Racing Dynamics (Electrodyne) got ahold of it, it put down 189.5 WHeel hp.. N/A

i'm pretty sure that the 325iS is rated at 189 at the flywheel.
