how would you know if you had to take the class or not? newbie here =)

 

DMV sends you a letter. OR if you are under 20 when you recieve your moving violation its manditory.

 

thats fucking gay. when did they pass that law. i know that young kids drive like assholes sometimes but that is just another way for the goverment to make money. if they are passing laws like that it should be the same for people over the age of 65 driving. i would rather be in a car with a 17 y/o then a 70 year old. they cant drive for shit.

 

see i got a reckless a month ago and i went ahead and took the driver improvement course

so i got to court on the 23rd of may and they didnt suspend my license because i took the class

now depending on the amount of points you have and how fast you were going they mite even drop the charge if you take the class before court

 

fairfax won't drop a moving violation ever unless its legit and proven that the pig was wrong, thats how i got off my reckless.

 

but how can you take the class before going to court if you havent recieved the letter yet? The reason why im asking is because back in April I got a stupid ticket for "ivasion of a traffic device" when really i was just trying to check the gas prices. My court date is when I go to NC with my family. Im just wandering what can I do in order to take the class early or is it possible to take it before recieving the letter.

 

you just call the school and ask when the next one is avail

it will look good to the judge i went to lampshire and it costed me 60 bucks

you can take the class once a year if you want to for positive points you get +4 everytime you take it
