I believe there is one more place with a dyno in the area, but I cannot think of it...so maybe all the places have been mentioned. Personally, I've only had friends use Abacus' dyno locally.
I haven't heard any real negative comments about Millenium's dyno, and I haven't heard anything about Dyno Inc's except it's an AWD because it's brand new.
Any will work for your needs though, if all you want is a baseline.
