After doing a lot of digging, I've found out that the 325i head will bolt right up. I don't even have to swap the cam out. I'm sort of kicking myself now because if I took the entire intake manifold (with throttle body, injectors, fuel rail, etc. ) I would gain like 40+ hp! You need a chip to bump the rev limiter and re-map the fuel and timing curves, but some people are saying you can get close to 200 hp with this setup. It's a pretty popular swap to do. I need to look into chipping it now!

I would have a hard time believing that it would make 200 to teh ground but maybe 200 at the crank. Nice find and good luck with it all. If you need any help PM me.

I agree. I was assuming the 200 hp was at the flywheel. I just cleaned the head up today and it looks great. I'm going to drop it off at the shop on Monday and have them start installing it. I may swap the rest of the 325i goodies on down the road. I want to see how it runs with just the head swapped first.
