bearsing get worn out, it happens. could be oil could be a lot of things. chang it out when you pull the oil line off the turbo if some oil leaks ot then you are good, you are getting oil to the turbo. if not then buy some taka braided lines.

that part number looks like a s14 ball-bearing t28. you cant really rebuild it because it is bb. pm me i may be able to help you a little. no im not going to try to sell you something.
