My GSR is doin the same thing. Took the IAC off and cleaned it, checked for vacuum leaks, and coolant is fine and its still idling all gay. I can't figure out what it is. If you fix yours hit me up and lemme know.

Clean the FITV. Look on Team-Integra.net for instructions. Just search "FITV" and it'll come up. Pretty easy to do.

i will definetly let you know, as far as the hot or cold thing, it does it all the time, but evens out when the a/c is on, but still idles high.

thats what it turned out being. tightened the plastic ring, and it idles like a dream now. Cleaned the iacv too, so 2 for 1 i guess....
