does the powerball work well? me and my dad both have aluminum wheels and they need a good buffing. i have some mothers polish and eagle one never dull that i was told worked well by a guy whos done it before. used them both on my dads truck a while back and it wasn't what i was looking for.

his truck is the same boat as your mustang: chemicals were left on there too long.

This may sound crazy but it works, we used to polish tractor trailor rims and gas tanks at the trailor repair place I used to work, use 1200 grit sand paper and wd40 sand in one direction(back and forth or up and down) not in a circle, then use mothers aluminum polish or go to truck stop and get LAZY MAN or ALL AMERICAN aluminum polish, the rims and gas tanks looked like chrome when finished, I did this process on my valve cover and everyone thinks it is chrome.
