Since when? The Carrera GT, 997 Porsche GT3, Ford GT, and 06 z06 are the current top 4 in production cars, all with times of 7:40 or BELOW. The R34 never came anywhere close to that.

I'm not sure when the GT-R time was recorded, but I'm sure it was pre 2000.
My car beat it.
So basically, the skyline r34 never held the fastest production car lap time. The M coupe ran faster in 1998, the F355 ran faster in 1997, The Porsche 993 Turbo was faster, and they produced them before they produced the skyline.

The time it got at the ring was a 7:52, but that time is not in the list I found, so I dont know what the hell is going on.

I've heard that too, but from what I heard it was a Blitz tuned skyline and noone has any proof that it was stock, and speculation that is was far from stock. Thats why I discredited that in favor of the other two times which were done by the same tester as all of the rest of them.
