machiii is a good place to get the real deal. ebay is a good place to find knockoffs for cheap. anybody who trys to start shit because your going to buy less expensive wheels that look the same and serve the same purpose then thats just stupid. i buy namebrand wheels but the namebrand i like is cheap anyways so it works out.

rota makes knockoffs.. theyre called battles. They dont make 16s anymore, but you can find them, hell i sold a pair I had on my car not too long ago.

Yea, it would be nice to have the real deal, but its not really important to me.. I don't even go look for "REAL" wheels, then try to find copies, I just look for a good looking wheel thats rather light, if it so happens to be a copy, who gives a crap, it sure as hell isnt gonna stop me from buying it..

I don't buy wheels for attention anyways, I couldn't care less about the "reputation" or some bs.. If I saw some Volk whatchumacallits, I wouldn't look twice.. well.. maybe some CCW's, but thats about it.

Face it, your getting hung up on the issue of price, and how well known the company is to you, if a company produces a wheel that looks like another companies wheels so what? To me all the wheels look the same, weight and materials are the only differnence, that and name brand. You feel the need to spend hundreds of dollars more on a wheel which you can barely feel a performance gain. You need to be able to say you spent x amount of money so you can drop a name. I laugh at the amount of cars running around that can probably destroy your car. Great, your all into the full JDM scene and all classy name brand parts. I am glad you have the budget to do that. Doesnt change the fact that you treated the original poster like shit.
