Yes, all nice restaurants & most of those would be great for a date.
Scotty Quixxx is a busy bar on the weekends but actually really good food during dinner hours.
But Quixxx, Bardo, Zoe's, 456 & Coastal Grill all have a nice, lower-lit atmosphere that would be perfect for a date IMO.
At least you know better than to take a date to a chain, so you have started out on the right foot.

I work at Bravo in Va. Beach Town Center, which is "High-end Casual Dining". Its good italian food though and not too pricy at all.

I've had Coastal Grill before, unfortunatly...i'd like to take seafood rest. out as an option for now.

They're pretty damn expensive. Good food and nice place, but when I took my girl there for our anniversary, I spent about $100.
