Best bet, take a socket that is just a hair smaller than the lugnut. Tap it on with a hammer(not some bfh). Then take off with ratchet or impact.
if it is factory, then take it to that dealership. They should remove it for free, or a small charge.

Go to Big Als or some place like that and have them smack it off with an air chisel. Just make sure you get someone who is CAREFUL. I've taken off a ton of those and never fucked up a rim, i've seen a guy fuck up a couple though. It was always the easiest way if you dont have access to anything else.
