Its an entire state wide things. Not just cirucit city its like every store out there that sells clothes, shoes, and school supplies. And I dont think you have to be a student.

I don't see the big deal about tax-free shopping weekends. Tax-free shopping only saves you a boatload of cash when you buy high dollar items like computers, tvs, cars, etc.
I think that most people will not buy enough over this weekend to actually save a crapload of money by not having to pay sales tax. By crapload of money, I mean in excess of $50.
And I'm sure that everyone here already knows that anything sold over the Internet is tax-free providing that the business you are buying from doesn't have any part of their operations in the state you are in.
