my 240 was flat black... only because i'd prefer flat black over 6 different colors (literally).

i was too poor for paint

ive seen a few badass muscle cars at VMP that looks sick flat black, of course nothing about the car is original so theres no collector value and the car spends 100% of its life getting the shit kicked out of it on the 1320.

but there is definitely a place for flat black cars.

Flat black doesnt look bad when its done right, the whole rattle can with nothing masked off looking like crap.

I'm getting a paint job "finally!!!" and I don't know what color to paint it. Its a 88 civic hatch. I'm looking for something that looks nice and is different but doesen't scream PULL ME OVER

I saw an EF hatch once that was a dark green, I think hunter green with a very little amount of flake in it. Looked amazing but not real flashy.
