Just to let you know. The cars shown in the above threads were designed and built by Brauning Motorsports. No one else. Any claims otherwise may be met with litigation.

You might wanna watch what you say, and think beforehand in claiming someone elses car was designed and built by YOU when it clearly wasnt! You might want to consider an apology for claiming Richards car to be all Brauning when you know it wasnt....he can take further actions that wouldnt be nice.

Look at the side window...who's name is there????? INLINEPRO, not brauning

Gentlemen, I never claimed Richards car to be a product of Brauning Motorsports. I noted the cars listed in the "threads" above. This included to 240 and the Delsol. These cars were produced by Brauning Motorsports. They were painted by Brauning Motorsports. We had in our employment Jon who is no longer with our company. Special considerations were given to these people to run our stickers. My concern is readers of this thread not be confused as to the company or person who produced this car. You should read my post carefully before you develop a knee-jerk reaction to something you don't know enough about to comment on. I am not putting anyone down, I am just not willing to let someone else take credit for a vehicle that came out of our shop. You can promote who ever you like, just don't use our products to promote yourself. As for the litigation issue, let me assure you I do understand the law and it is within my rights if I like to use the law to stop anyone from using our products to promote themselves. If you understood the law you wouldn't need me to tell you this. Thank you David Brauning.

This is very contradictory.... You are using other ppls' vehicles for YOUR COMPANY's promotion without written consent from OWNERS...
I guess you feel you are within your legal right as you say for your company to do so.

Please remove all pics of my cars Red coupe with flames and green 4dr with flames from your YOUR sites as well as your possession...

Please DO NOT use my pics to promote your company..
