What are the hours like? Also, I only have experience in restaurants. I dont have any kind of experience in this field...

Yeah you have to talk on the phone. I have permoted to a program analyst and I don't ever get on the phones. Chris G. Dara and INSPERATION on here have all been permoted very quickly. Insperation and Chris G. are in the same department with me and they are loving it.

No you have to be available to work monday- saturday.
