No pics but just immagine walking up to a black vehicle with a paint brush that was just dipped in white paint and flinging the paint brush at the vehicle but not actually letting go of the brush. That should give you a mental pic of what one side looks like.

VDOT was dropping some concrete filler or something in a small pot hole at my friends house and managed to land a sizable portion of it on the hood of his new car. The adjusters came out that day, and VDOT paid....to paint the areas where the cement got on the car. Only the areas where the cement got on. His car is kinda poka-dot too.
