After you get the door panel off testing the motor itself is easy. Unplug it and hook a power and ground to it. It will either roll up or roll down. Switch the two wires around and it will go the other way. (just remember if its all the way up it won't go up any further and visa versa, the motor will just get HOT so switch the wires around )

When mine messed up the spring in the switch was bad and not contacting the points anymore. Was cake work to fix just replace the switch or bend the copper touch point inside. If it works one day and not the other thats probably what it is. Unless you cut some wires or something like that while messing with it at an earlier date.

Unscrew screws. Pry off door panel by pulling around the edges. They are held on w/ clips and or pins. May need to lift from top and then pull around edges; all door panels are a little different. Mine is a pain in the ass to put back on.

integras are a pain to put on too. but if ricky is right don't bother...if you need a window regulator....get one...don't take it off and then find out you have to put it back becasue you can't fix it. window regulators go bad that...it just happens.
