Don't wrap the AC lines, wrap the turbo and header. You can find slip-on fire sleeve for the AC lines, but it's easier to keep the heat in the exhuast and then you'll protect more than just the AC lines.

 

I used the fire retardent stuff... how ever you spell it.

Silver in color, it's suppoused to reflect heat. Looks like a cut up fire coat.

Thats what I used. My AC lines aren't bare, they have the rubber around them. I've added more to it. What I really need to do is get another AC line bracket, and pull the line away from the wastegate. As my motor rocks back and forth, the wastegate goes into the lines.
