judge said the name on the ticket ,
i didnt stand up due to the fact it wasnt my name,
the cop looks at me and is like come up here,
i was like okay,
judge was like is this you?,
NOPE MY NAME IS _______
looks at me and then police officer, case dismissed.

HAHAHA sweet! Sounds like you did it perfect. Last time i was in court a lady in front of me pointed out information that was incorrect on the ticket she was issued and the judge responded "Thank you for pointing that out and correcting it for us. Otherwise your case would have been dismissed." So in other words the way she went about it made it ok i guess?
