great and im moving to Fairfax in a month. You know the way around the whole getting arrested for shooting them right? Just plcase some very visable no trespassing signs on your property that way you should be able to leagal shoot with out worrys. I say fuck shooting them in the head, aim for the knees.

I was heading to bed a few minutes ago, because I have to wake up for work in 5 hrs, when I heard a car w/ exhaust pull up, I peek outside and there are two Hispanic guys in it parked across from my car in my appt. complex. I have never seen this car in the complex b4, so I watch as they walk toward my car, I write down the tag # and spy for a moment. As soon as they start circling my car and put there face up to my window, I picked up my phone and dial "911". As its ringing one pulls out a screw driver from his pocket and starts to pry on my window. I explain to the receptionist that two guys are braking into my car, gave her the tag number and told her that if someone wasn't here within the next 3 minutes I was taking matters into my own hand and hang up. After hanging up I peeked out the blinds and they had already gotten the door opened and turned off my alarm by un-hooking my battery, one had jumped into my car and shut the door as the other headed back to his car.
I kept my eye on the clock and as every second went by I felt a stronger urge to run down the steps with my 22 and baseball bat. At this point my GF is screaming and crying "Don't do it, you'll kill them and be sent to jail", as she is about to call 911 back reporting a homicide in progress. I throw the gun on the couch to calm her nerves and head roaring out the door with my just Wilson bat, only 2 minutes after hanging up w/ dispatch. As I'm running down the stairs my adrenalin and rage is building fast, I start screaming "Get the fuck out of my car you piece of shit!". He looks up, opens the door, and starts running as if he was in a bull fight in Mexico toward his buddy's car, as do I, he jumps in and slams the door. I try to open it and drag his ass out but its locked, his buddy jabs the car in reverse and starts laying rubber as I start beating the car with my bat putting a huge dent in the hood and quarter panel.
I run to my car and go to start it so I can chase them down, but my ignition was all torn up then when I finally got it in the run position I realized I had no power(un-hooked bat. I found out later). I reach in my pocket to grab my phone and call 911 again to find out where the cops where and about 30 sec into the call a cop comes flying up telling me to drop the bat and put my hands in the air. I explained to him that I was the one who had called and that the people that where trying to rob me had left heading towards rt 66, probably west bound towards MD (they had MD plates and im only a mile from rt 66). The Officer gets on the radio and calls it in. He starts taking down my info, a detailed description of what happened, and going through the car w/ me to see if anything was stolen and what damages where done. About 8 or 9 minutes later he gets a call back saying they had the two in custody as a state trooper caught them doing 95 mph on rt495. One of the guys had stolen my wallet out of my car and the trooper found it in is back pocket, so I have to go down the FFX police station to pick it up right now. All of this happend in less than 20 minutes, had i of gone to bed 20min prior, my car would have been long gone. And I am also lucky my girlfriend was there b/c knowing my hot-headed ass they would each have a bullet in there head right now and I would be on my way to prison, i picture a seen almost like out of American History X, hahah.
This is the 4th time I have caught people trying to steel my shit, but the 1st time I had them arrested. Once when I lived w/ my rents a few years back my dad opened a round in some guys ass trying to take my head-unit, but he got away and my dad got arrested as my neighbors called the cops b4 we could only on my dad. Ever since I had my EK stolen I keep a close look on my cars at all times.
I am pressing charges on them for attempted auto theft and personal property damage. I should have let them take the car b/c it does have lo-jack and then they could have been caught red handed and spent a few years, where as now they will prolly get out tomorrow and come back for the car or maybe yours.
