not a pocketbike, it's a fiddy.
busta, if it's sticking, just pull off the throttle and make sure the end of the throttle tube is smooth on the inside. probably go a lil beat up on the end from being dropped. it happens. you can cut off the end of the throttle grip and put a bar end in it, that'll keep it from happening again in the future.
