it aint possible period. the cylinder spacing and head bolts are not gonna line up.

 

+1. Ive never heard of a f22/h22 combo BUT I do know of two f23/h22 boosted in the area

 

You can do:

F22 w./ H22A
F22 w./ H23
F22 w./ F22B DOHC
F22 w./ F20A DOHC
F22 w./ F22B1 VTEC

 

^^ Yep, I remember reading a 40-60 page thing on it like 3 years ago when I had my accord. It can be done, but the only reason this guy did it is because the head was given to him, AKA it was free and he worked at an awesome shop. I am sure it is still on Honda-Tech. The bottom line of the write up was, unless you get one given to you it is the same cost as buying a H22...think about it, who sells just a H22 bottom end the money is all in the head.
