Moving back to Salem
Yeah stretched out, sonic blue......I kept spinning rod bearings. I went through 3 motors in about 6 months. Finally gave up. The bike used to belong to Luke Peery. Don't know if you know him. Real good friend of mine.

LOL yea he gets that alot
No he used to hang out with Scott Dalton (had a blown greenish blue '95 Z-28 a few years back and until just recently had a burgundy 03-04 Cobra) alot.
Those are the guys I used to run around with. Them two, Bobby with the blown burgundy Mustang coupe, Jason with the blown red LX, etc. all of that group.

Those Mustangs sound familiar...
Caged?
I think Scott is on the forum. I forget.
You didn't happen to run around with Chuck Scott did you?
Name sounds familar, what'd he drive a few years back......the red LX has a cage in it. The coupe doesn't have a cage. Yea I knew Scott used to post on this forum alot but I don't think he does anymore.
Damn thats moving for an R/T. I guess I was alittle lazy also with getting rid of the R/T. It just takes so much money and time to get some respectable times out of them. I figured I'd buy the Lightning and throw some bolt-ons on it and be happy. Well I was really happy until this last mishap. I don't think my tune was right or something. I'm hoping its just something in the head. I really do not want to pull that engine. But if I do then I'm beefing it up and cranking up the boost. I'll keep my eyes open for you. Take it easy man.
Gotta watch the tune on any blown vehicle. I raced a Lightning in VA Beach and he destroyed four plugs running a bad tune (he was lucky that was all that happened). Are you running a mail order tune, or did you have someone dyno tune it?
Mail Order but I am going to put it on the dyno this next time. Do you know of anyone in the area that uses Diablo software and is good at tuning supercharged engines? I had heard in the past that the best guy close to Salem that uses Diablosport was Randy Haywood. All of the Lightning guys down here use AVT Performance in Conway, S.C. but thats going to be a long drive from VA. once I move back. Plus he uses SCT, which I will switch to if I have to and sell the Diablosport tuner. I have a friend who had a 10 sec. Lightning who had passed "The point of no return" also. Had a ton of time and money in his truck and someone pulled out in front of him the night before Christmas eve and now it might be totaled. There are 2 or 3 Lightnings down here that run mid 10's and the guys drive them everyday to work.

You'll have to put a little razzle dazzle on that Lightning when you get back. How's everything going? I havn't seen you in over a year. Get in touch with me next time you guys get together.

Holy Shit, Steve! Whats up man?! I didn't think you came on here anymore. Wellllllll I have a few other things that need to come before the Razzle Dazzle....LOL. Things are going well. I'll be back for good in about 2 weeks. Good hearing from you Bud.
