what could i run with these mods?
Back in ~00-01 me and a couple of the USPEED guys went to the track and brought with us 3-4 GSRs mostly stock. I/H/E on some the one I drove to 14.8 had open Air box, ITR exhaust and header. So it was "technically" stock. Just practice..on a shi*tty run we would hit 15.0-.3 so its not that hard to do. The I/H/E guys we constant 14.8-15.0s soooo

my old hatch that had an ls/vtec gsr head full itr valve train ran a 14.8 with vtec not working so i guess it was just a ls with itr valve train. i never got to run the car once everything was working right but i know that it would beat slightly modded type-r's. so you sould be on the right track with your numbers.

March 10 and 11 is Spring open at VMP. Test and tune from 930 am to 9pm on both Sunday and Saturday. Go there, run the damn thing. Hell I'm probably going to run my peg legging stock ass 18 Mustang GT.

im hoping around low 14's.....is that a descent reasonable time, or is that expecting to much? whats yall opinions....remeber it is if i drive it perfect, with no error....

You said you have a lsd.. i don't know about integra's, but is traction that much of an issue?
