Ive been lookin' for some places to ride too. I just got back into the sport after 4 years. i went to this place called Slades Park in Smithfield, it was ok riding, it was set up more for quads than dirt bikes
I went out there a bit on my xr250. Lots of fun but slick clay and sand made for a steep learning curve for a n00b like me. During the week you almost have the place to yourself which is both good and bad. The rutted up side trails and huge puddles were a bitch at times. I buried my xr there a couple times in what looked like shallow puddles that were actually 2 feet+ deep in the ruts
there's also some enduros every once in a while in the local area
currituck is a fun track...trails for quads in the woods
are you talkn about cmx?...because they leveld that track a few months ago when the owner sold it,i never saw any trails in the woods tho?..guess i was just too occupied on the track lol
