I don't think so, I think that is the price to import, but you need to pay for shipping, and all that stuff. You will have to get it on a boat going to the US which would probably arrive on the West Coast, then get it delivered here because customs would not let you drive it away. You would have to show that you are a dealer, like at auto auctions.
