that fact is wrong. 50% is the legal limit for the front. and 35% is the limit for the rear.

I got pulled over for headlight covers bout 4-5 yrs. back on my old car and they did check the front 2 windows for tint %.

They were va legal so I didnt get a ticket but my back 3 windows were quite a bit darker than legal, and he never checked them.

i got pulled over in April for my tint, i have a black accord with 35% all the way around - state boy got e - he put the meter on and the back registered 28% and the front registered 31% - so, needless to say, i got a ticket. However i took it to court, and it got dismissed, i had a receipt done showing it was done the legal limit, 50/35. I got lucky.
