very true...i have a few buddys that are cops, and i have ridden with them during their shifts. if you have an attitude or are a dick, you will get a ticket. and the cops arent out to get you. the only reason you get pulled is cause you fucked up. they are doing what they get paid to do, so stop hatin on them. i actually have nothing but respect for police officers now that i have actually gone on ride-alongs with them. they do not get paid enough money for the shit they gotta do

case in point... cops ALWAYS show up to run off tuner meets.... but ive never seen them come to Janeros to raid the old schoolers
be real about it... TUNERS are dudes that mod imports and compacts (i.e. Foci, Cobalts etc) a cop will fly right by a good ole fashioned american muscle car (mustang, camaro, corvette) etc with a non-stock engine, loud ass flowmasters breaking windshields and shit, and pull over a honda or nissan thats modded.
yes there are good cops, but there is a major lean against tuners in law enforcement

on top of that, it has nothing to do with WHAT they drive, its an age thing... a lot of tuners are young... and kids act like kids... but cops dont target kids they target imports.... and overall, the harass us regardless of how we drive...
when they raid meets and no one's driving.... hmmmm... go figure

exactly! this guy knows what hes talking about, and that other fucker doesnt. i have done 5 ride alongs, and we never pulled over a single "tuner". and the reason cops show up at these "meets" is because people act like fuckin idiots, revving engines, squeeling tires etc. do you not remember a few years ago at the AIK parking lot where the rx7 hit and killed someone because he was being a fucking moron?

Exactly. In Charlottesville people would be pulled over a lot for exhaust and what not, call me crazy but the same people that get pulled over would drive like dumb asses up and down 29 during the weekend. At the same time I had a hatch with a huge fartcan (Apexi GT) and not once received a ticket. I was followed a lot but since they didn't recognize my car and I had a clean record I assume that's why I didn't get a ticket. Or I just happen to be followed by a nice cop on numerous occasions(highly unlikely)

if your exhaust is too loud...its too loud...anything not stock is illegal...its the law...and your breaking it...they are doing their job
