I had to do that STUPID PRT in the NAVY for 10yrs and going now I never ever ever ever go above 12mins. It's a 1.5 miles Im proud of that..lol..seeing as I'm overweight and getting older now..just pasted 30

If my shoulder was fine and I was in shape sure. I haven't done any kind of physical activity besides sex/beating off/dancing since June.

damn 5miles........ thats kind of a long way.... longest ive run was like 3.5miles.
