yea they will....because they are adapters....4x114.3 to a 5x114.3 conversion...its still gonna have a 4lug but when im done with that i can jus slap it back on and make it a 5lug again...and plus my uncle owns a gas station...he'll pass me if it doesnt meet the requirements
no, they dont pass. adaptors and/or spacers are not DOT approved, hence they dont pass VA safety inspection.
