The exit ramp speed limit is whatever the highway speed limit is at that exit.

if your going to fast and get in a wreck on the ramp youll get hit with some killer wreckless driving tickets and fines

Ive wondered this too because on a few occasions, I've seen State Police cruisers (marked and unmarked) sitting on the inside shoulders of exit and on ramps. I've also noticed them on the interstate sitting about 50 yards back from the merge lanes at exits. Guess they are waiting for people to come flying onto the interstate.

I never thought it was enforcable either, but I did see a cop one time hiding in the grass by an exit ramp off 95...

I got pulled for 66/45 for coming off one in Chesapeake once by a city cop, but was let go. The highway speed limit I got off was 55, but the road I was getting on was only 45.
