Turning the car on sometimes makes exhaust come out the muffler.

How does the car run, good or like shit? Make sure you don't have oil in the coolant, as thats an easy sign of a blown headgasket or possible warped head. Next, I would suggest a compression test.

While the car is in motion it blows smoke out the muffler.

Valve seals, Rings, Head gasket could be a number of things you need to test things to narroew your answer down

Under acceleration, if it's bluish smoke, it's probably rings. It could also be running rich under load (sensor problem usually), and that would generally be blackish smoke.
