good luck benny, youll pass that agility test no problem, i did their stuff a few years ago, passed all the tests but they needed my dmv record and they gave me 3 days notice, it takes a minimum 10 days to get a dmv record from north carolina and they wouldnt give me any extra time, so i got majorly screwed by them....

 

i know that NNFD was hiring they had signs up and whatnot....i thought about applying but everyone i see at the station near my parents house either mows grass or tree work on the side so that tells me that its not somewhere i wanna be...

 

haha...99% of us have side jobs, most departments work 10 days a month, its completely worth it to have a second job to make even more money, i only have to work 8 days a month, and we might be doing a schedule change which will knock it back to 7 days a month. long shifts but all the time off or ability to have another job is great. so if you want alot of time off, but sometimes beatdown ass tired days at work, its worth it.

i have no idea why chesapeake started another process since they are bullshitting everyone thats still currently in the last one...pissed me off so i got another job that pays more, now I have a decision to make when they call me..

 

aparently they started two classes....the last class will hire 54 and the testing im going through is hiring 20 so we will see.

haha yea the ambulances do get old after a while but it aint all to bad....i thought it was funny when you showed up on that roll over couple weeks ago...

 

haha, yea at first i was like man that guy looks familiar, then when you recognized me and said whats up it hit me that it was you. that dude driving got fined like crazy, pulling a trailer that weighed 3 times as much as his truck and 5 times its towing capacity. moron.
