Aw. C'mon now..

Sounds like a blast to me. The old "get drunk" and "attempt" to work on the car, while only messing it up.

I agree with Jen. It is pretty boring here unless you are 18 and like going clubbing. Then you have 1 or 2 places to go

Me I am old and all I do is fish and relax and deal with Short Pump traffic on the weekend taking the wifey or the rugrat out.

there is stuff to do you just got to fine it. if your into the outdoors you wont be bored really lots of bike trails along the James River. Ive never been but the Insbrook concert series is going on and I know thats alot of fun. You'll have fun for a good while since your not from here but you will run out of things to do.

I'm not white, but I definitely enjoy getting wasted. It was fun for maybe the first two years, then it gets old because you always see the same people out. If you're from NOVA and VT, then you will definitely think Richmond is slow and boring.

There is no reason to ever move to or even visit the Southside. If you work by that Laburnum exit, I think the closest place to live might be the Museum District. You won't have to pay tolls. Good luck.

I wouldn't worry, richmond makes blacksburg look like a ghost town. then again most places do.

Thanks guys.
I found a house with garage in Bellemeade neighborhood for cheap. Looks like a bad part of town though by using www.RichmondCrime.org Could anyone give me any more info on that area. Is it that bad?
