dude this frickin POS has just been a PITA since i got it. its nearly all back together now, the way i got it but i just busted the water pump gear thing trying to fix an antifreeze leak. i'd take a picture but left my cam in VA.
which is where ill be headed tomm night.. with the bike.. i can bring the SSA too if you want to see whats going on Skrooz. i was hoping to be able to ride it to the oceanfront.. i need gaskets and orings and everything for the whole engine/case/water pump covers it seems and the bike stores here cant get anything till NEXT fri.
do you know anyone that may have em in stock there or even numbers for the shops? i will call first thing in the AM before i leave NC. staying up there till mon or tues and hoping to find somewhere to get it DONE.

no one is going to have those gaskets in stock man. sorry. why do you need all of them anyway? if you just took the water pump apart it should just be a couple o-rings. those o-rings are re-usable unless one of them tore.
anyway, i'll be here sunday most of the day probably if you want to bring it by.

i dont know where 'here' is. but let me know between what hours would be good when and where. ill be helping my dad with his suzuki intruders front brakes.. but im sure he'll be down to come along and do more bike stuff.
from SVrider i reaqqd if it was leaking from the weephole i need the shaft seals. one is 2$ the other is 25$ &!$^#*$^!#($^ so i got both on top of the case covers seals etc. it was leaking oil also. so if i have everything open,.. i figured good time to freshen all the seals. im going to be (eventually ) riding this bike real hard. and it already has 18K on the clock

swingarm is not getting done b4 i head back to iraq here in a few weeks so i pieced it back together to ride as much as i can before then.
all new seals for the clutch case and waterpump cover and that ^%$#!@# is still leaking. waiting on a new woodcraft cover to replace. seems alot of SV's have this same problem.
real busy this weekend but i hope to at least stop by the oceanfront for a bit at some point
