define 'good' and please discuss what you would pay for a 'good' detail.

'good' to me is doing a satisfactory job. not being able to open the door or trunk and find dirt. for a 'good' detail including everything but wax, i would pay @ $25-35 and with wax @ $55-60, this is what the past guy charged and he did an outstanding job ....... not only me, but about 6-8 other people in my office used to get this done every week and would like to find someone else that could do it. also, every now and then some of our work trucks would need a detailing.

After your first "out there" argument regarding your car show, I doubt you'll see any support or clientèle from this site.

My advice is for you to read the proper way to advertise for a business. In the least, read how some of the other Vendors have done it in the correct forum. This is particularly pertaining to spelling, punctuation and proper grammar.

First impressions are key and you have not made a decent one. I am a small business consultant, so this is my profession, take the criticism and work on it, or PM me for business hours and my rates

I didn't see any in the first place, I don't think SBC will work for this fellow. While I can understand trying to make some extra money, This is not the way to go about it!

yeah, ok, so when guys who have television shows (yeah, so they're not the only ones, but i'm using this as an example)...guys like Chip Foose...when they are overhaulin' a car, they don't pull everything out and clean it...when they do a restoration, they do a restoration. you are doing a cleaning. internet nerds???? whateverz.

ok. so, good to you is merely getting-by to me. i've never paid for any sort of detailing. $60 for wax jobs....hmmm, sounds like low quality stuff. just my opinion.

i have never seen a full detail job go for less than 125 bucks. anything less of a price than that is either someone that dont know what they are worth, use inferior products, or dont do a detail.

a car wash is one thing, detailing is completely different.
