what would you recommend i get? a 87-92 turbo supra or a 1st gen dsm awd turbo?

what do you want?????? dsms are great cars.. probably a bit better aftermarket.. great 1/4 mile cars

like MKNTRAXX said, it's all about what you want.
for me it's the mk3
i bought mine with the infamous bhg...ordered a jdm motor which is in the process of being put in...I've been in a slightly modded one - they do pull hard.

check out supramania.com , suprasport.com, suprastore.com and supraforums.com for more info on them.

hey PyAri Chick.. talked to you a little on SF but ya never replyed back.. Good to hear your car is coming along.. Mines torn apart for a new bushing install.. then paintjob... pics to come next month.... it'll be sweet

Yeah.. you really need to ride/drive both before you can get a good decision.. If you want an all out racing kinda car.. get the dsm.. AWD and a pretty tough engine.

Wanna car thats a bit more comfortable.. rides nice.. maybe not as quick in the 1/4 but plant your foot on the highway and your going somewhere in a car that feals stuck to the road all the way to past the 160 speedometer than maybe go for the MKIII

yeah watch for BHG.
if your car does not have a blown head expect it to go someday.

it seems that changing to a metal head gasket and getting heavy duty bolts is a standard upgrade - or a prerequisite before passing 10psi.
