Oh, and they're absolutely street legal.

They have an interior, minus A/C, a back seat and a radio system.



You can just see the empty slot for the radio/disc changer in this picture.

Definitely.

I only brought up the Cobra R because it's the only car I'd spend a lot of money on that didn't come equipped with A/C.

I think 2000 Cobra Rs are selling for higher than what they cost new.

^ It still has all the venting and controls, but no AC compressor or condensor etc... it has a heater dummy.

It is also pre-wired for a stereo but has none.

Yea because bong hits had everything to do with what I was saying. It was a figure of speech, I was implying that was a very good deal for a 03 evo, and would be a good deal to buy and flip, regardless of condition.
