the officer will give his account, then the judge will ask if there's anything you'd like to add.

Lemme guess....Charlotte County?

I have a pending 70/60 ticket with them, enjoy. They can be real nice guys......

Usually they will call for those who are in for their first offense and you will be given the opportunity to go to driving school. So just wait, and then go when they tell you to.

if it's your first ticket ever...you're most likely to get off with driving school. they should have an option to plead guilty or not guilty or driving school. that's how i did it anyway. then i took the driving school class and just gave my certificate to the court.

Bingo. I've dealt with police before for an array of fix it violations (that all resulted it warnings) so I know the usual attitude of the cops around Midlothian/Richmond. This guy was all business, no questions. "You were speeding, heres your ticket." He did wear the hat well so I guess thats something. lol. He also found it nessesary to look in the back of my moms car with a flashlight I guess the collared shirt and white shorts I was wearing spelled trouble.
