i don't think thier is gonna be a problem with making it huge. I think the problem is gonna be enough parking. And is thier a limit to the amount of people able to show if so can we prepay?

 

We are going over our show space now, should have numbers and limits some time next week... But regular parking we have over 30 acres.... WE are going to live music, lots of food, funnle cake yea,,,,,, lots of crazy stuff we cant even talk about yet.

 

looks like i gotta get my crap ready. i wanted to go to proir events. we'll see if my car is ready by then.

 

Ready or not here we come, Bring it out no matter what. We want to have a strong showing. If we can get a huge turnout this will become a more frequent thing.

this one is going to be a low cost high payoff show, it only cost 15 to show and winners will receive huge trophy, $150 meguiars car care kit and other prizes, plus a special gift of $25.00 value will go to the first 100 people to register to show on the day of the event.

 

paved parking?

 

Paved driving to the parking, but the parking is called not grass but not paved, more like a mix. It is packed gravel, with a little grass growing through it. But trust me it is not mud, and the way we have set it up is you will drive on pavement rate up to the spot then back on to the packed gravel just off the pavement. And for the people not showing there cars the general admission parking is just like at MIR.
Trust me this will not be a mud fest, I would not park my car there if it was and I would not expect anyone else to.
Plus think about it, you are parking on the same ground they set up 30 to 40 thousand pound carnival rides at.

 

eh, I dont drive on gravel. If I go I might just 'show' so I don't have to drive in the gravel.
