Your problem is the little plastic pedal stopper is broken. The stopper is located on the brake pedal assy where to switch meets the pedal. You'll see a hole (now) where a plastic stopper should be. Go to Honda and ask for PAD, PEDAL STOPPER P/N 46505-SA5-000

look at the pedal itself then follow the pedal assembly up until you see a piece of steel thats got a hole in it sticking out of the side also you can locate the stoplamp switch and follow it to where it meets the pedal assembly thats where the little bumper once was
