well, i cant plug the o2 up cause i dont have a cat, i dont think its it, cause i never had a problem with it before...on my motor i have an o2 that plugs in the header and one in the cat..

since you don't have a cat anymore, you shouldn't have one hanging right? why was it hanging before? check the one on the header? guess i need to examine your car ( for going back to work yesterday before I came over!)
not the downstream one.....the only reason its there is to show the ECU the converter is functioning properly...you can install anothe rbung in the exhaust, put the o2 in it, and resistor it down to the right specs, to fool the ECU the converter is still there. as for the VTEC solenoid....there are problems with them sticking after siting...change your oil and see if that helps. varnish deposits will gum the solenoid up, preventing it from operating. also, pull codes..if its an electrical problem....there is usually a code in the ECU for the signal problem. lemme know what you find...
