And then you have to wait for an hour just to watch people do wheelies up the track, like thats top shit. I am sorry for this happening for sure, but I figured something would soon enough.

For starters, it was a grown man that was killed.

In addition to that, I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed. Behavior should be policed, but I don't see why you say other types of motorized vehicles shouldn't be allowed. I think it's better that they come to a legal race track to fuck off where it's supposed to be safe instead of fucking around in the neighborhood streets where they could hit a kid playing in the street. I know it's frustrating for you waiting to get a run in because you have to wait for all of these other people, but I think that's what it's all about personally... I'm glad a race track can be somewhat multi-purpose.

Are you saying cars only, and no motorcycles or anything else? ...or just no dirtbikes/atvs? I've seen some ridiculously fast dirtbikes and atv's up there.

Anyway, I guess my point is that it's good that they're keeping it off of the streets.

I never said it was a kid who was killed, I was just useing that as my initial point. And I am not saying motorcyles shouldn't be allowed. But motorcycles are different from dirt bikes. And what are you talking about doing it out on the street? I doubt to many people are bringing dirt bikes from cities to run them. Dirt bikes are made for just that...dirt. And I don't even mind them being up there that much, if they were atleast racing, most of them just ride wheelies down the track. Which I know most of this goes back to the bridge being backwoods, but still. If I pay to bring my car up there to TEST & TUNE I get kinda pissed cause I can only make 2 or 3 runs here and there, because there are 35 dirt bikes up there. Maybe if they did them on thursday or something I don't know.

I know. I understand what you're saying... I'm just saying it's better that they go to a race track to do their wheelies "down the street" instead of in their neighborhood. I've owned several dirtbikes and I live in a neighborhood where there isn't really anywhere to get out and ride except for on the street, unless you truck/trailer somewhere to take it out.

The track keeps people out of trouble in general... because it gives them a place to do things they would get in trouble for outside of the gates.

I will agree with you on those facts. and its like you said, if these events were a little more controlled, I wouldn't have such a problem with them being there.

The man was stupid and killed himself, end of story. The only thing I feel bad for is that NB could be held liable.

There's always some sort of liability, regardless.

I was up there.Guy on dirt bike had apparently been drinking/not wearing a helmet. To my knowledge he wasn't even running and didn't sign the waiver he was just riding around the pits and return road. The quad had just made a run and was coming down the return road hauling ass while the guy on the dirtbike was not wearing a helmet and heading the wrong way up the return road hauling ass. From what i understand and it looked like both of them locked up their brakes and the 4 wheeler tried to go into the grass to avoid hitting the dirtbike.Guy on 4 wheeler ended up with a badly broken arm.I ran down there right after it happened adn the guy was laying on the return road not moving. Then this bitch yells she is an EMT goes down there and stands there for 15-20 minutes and DOES nothing at all.Not that there was a whole lot that could probably be done because well like someone said there was something on the outside that's supposed to be on the inside because he wasn't wearing a helmet.
