I have been in a 550RWHP IS300 and I have been in a 500RWHP S2000 and the S2000 feels a hell of alot faster

Well yeah... no doubt... small 2dr vs. 4dr sedan... of course its going to feel faster, and most likely be faster due to the power to weight ratio.
