first off it's a dohc, it's got 170,000 miles, I believe it's got manual windows and locks..no other problems other than the fuel pump. I need this thing gone.

 

dohc with a sohc hood and a single tip muffler? Pics of the engine? and 700 for a 170k neon is high. But theres a guy at work lookin for a beater, so ill ask him

 

i'm pretty sure the engine is dohc i mean i just glanced at it.
it has the black valve covor with the spark plugs in the center
i mean, its just a neon...
