Taking the centers out of 3pc wheels
I've seen jet nuts on wheels before, they are one time use. I would imagine that is probably the only thing that would need replacing. I guarantee that someone like HRE uses much higher spec hardware than many multi-piece wheels, so I wouldn't go for overkill here.
You could just get aircraft bolts if you need replacements, I'm sure that's probably what comes stock one those anyway. Most everything on our racecars are aircraft grade, no grade 8 bullshit for anything worthwhile.. I can't remember the grade/series name of those, I'm getting rusty doing electronics instead of mechanical..
You should be able to get them much cheaper than through the manufacturer I would assume.

You sure they're multi-use grade 8? I would have thought the same as Fabrik8. I can get aircraft grade bolts from work (which the majority of the time, are no better than grade 8, they've just gone through an expensive aviation certification) if I need to. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate the wheels a 9. They're not remotely in bad shape, so if it's going to be expensive at all, I won't do it. If the bolts are easily replaced or multi use, I'll do it though.
Here's a partial answer:

Apparently they're made by ARP. I'm going to contact ARP and see what they say.

Look like aircraft bolts to me.. I think ARP bolts are little overkill for a street car. I think this is one of those "just because you can, doesn't mean you should" moments.
I still say new nuts would be fine, but I'm curious to see what HRE and ARP say. Of course, ARP will probably want you to buy bolts, and HRE will want you to buy new wheels.
Seriously, HRE's website prices make me nauseous. I can't imagine spending that much money on a street car wheel unless it's a really expensive street car. $6k for a set of 18s is a little rich for my blood, and would be a little out of place on the WRX I think..

). I've already talked to HRE. They don' try to sell you on new wheels, but they do want you to send your wheels back to them so they can refinish them. They have a standard $100 per wheel labor charge just for taking them apart and putting them back together. That doesn't include any work done to the wheels or replacement parts (bolts). I'd be willing to bet it would cost well over $500 per wheel to have HRE refurbish wheels for you. If ARP writes back and says they're not multi-use bolts, I'll probably just match them with some standard aircraft bolts from work or maybe just some regular grade 8 bolts.
This has me motivated to do it all myself:
